Peggy’s Bio

I started this blog to give me a jumpstart to writing after my husband died. I was so broken I felt I had nothing more to write. Writer friends of mine suggested I begin a blog just to share my thoughts, ideas, and feelings. I decided to give it a try and put it all in God’s hands. (Hence, the title seemed appropriate)

To give a little background about myself, I am a mom of 2 grown daughters. One is married to a terrific  guy and they recently gave me my first grandchild. My younger daughter is in grad school and working hard to become a clinical psychologist. I love them all dearly and am extremely proud of them. I am a teacher of 31+ years and love to read and write. I have had two books published. My first is a children’s chapter book titled Queen of the Castle. My second is a young adult novel called Shifting Sand. Both are available through several online publishers or through ordering at retail book stores.
